Before the rise of your cousin Idriss Déby Itno—whom the French military, in order to strengthen the Zakawa struggle against Habré, recruited, trained, and armed in 1989–1990—we, the native Chadians, were mixed together and lived as one.
Sara, Hadjaraï, Kanémbou, Boulala, Kotoko, Ouaddaï lived together. Justice had meaning, and above all the army, the police, the gendarmerie, the units and companies contained, in our eyes, nothing but men! The same was true for our administration.
Your numbers have grown and expanded, as you yourself proudly said in your recent interview from Paris.
Except that since 1990, the date of your arrival on the rich lands of Chad, you created your own neighborhoods to live among yourselves, without mixing with the natives.
You wove a web of complicity to protect yourselves from others and to safeguard your interests…
This web shields you from any dispute with Chadians and from any punishment for the wrongs you committed against them.
Armed with certificates of impunity and authorization to do anything—including killing—you indulged in your favorite sport: racketeering, theft, illegal occupation of houses, exclusive appropriation of administrative property, embezzlement, confiscation of Chadian assets, kidnapping and selling our sons and daughters, and mass killings in our villages. All of this for the Al-Fasher leadership, your Eldorado.
Your people are ministers, brigade chiefs, commissioners, governors, and make up 80% of the Chadian army, the DGSSIE, the FIR, the DGRS, the DGRI, the police, the ANT. They control the economy, fuel, pharmacies, and transportation in Chad.
Even better, your offspring have Chadian passports in abundance and travel the world freely.
I would not be surprised if in France, where Macron hides you, you also enjoy an ordinary and diplomatic Chadian passport.
You hold the monopoly on issuing our identity documents and travel papers.
This lasted 31 years under your cousin Déby senior, and 5 years under your nephew Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno, all with the complicity of French presidents, including the famous Macron, who thought it wise to take his plane and come to Chad to install your nephew.
As I write to you, your “Ali Minawi’s cave”—not to say Ali Baba’s—is in the hands of your worst enemies: the Tasis forces and the FSR.
Things are changing before our eyes, and we native Chadians are witnessing the behavior of your community since 1990.
We are creatures of God and we say NO to your politics.
Frustrated, disappointed, and oppressed by your community, we will defend ourselves at all costs, whatever it takes, to regain control of our lands and our wealth. And in fact, it has already begun: the awakening of native Chadians. We recognize one another and we say NO! Enough is enough!
Macron has reconnected with Chad solely to help the Toroboro Zakawa retake Al-Fasher and fight the FSR.
That remains a Sudanese problem, but know that you also have problems in Chad, and Macron’s France will not be able to protect you for long…
To Mahamat Kaka we also say: not the French! France BARRA! Go bow before the Americans, it will be better for you!
Chadians have always been dignified and never resigned. It is only a matter of time before everything returns to order very soon!
Soon Macron will give you French passports and travel documents, and they too will understand why they will be forced to do so.
