THE SUDANIAN ARMY AND ITS ISLAMIST MILITIA SYSTEMATICALLY ELIMINATE INNOCENT CIVILIANS
It is January 2025. After having been condemned by the international community (the American administration and human rights organizations) for having repeatedly used chemical weapons against the Sudanese civilian populations, the Sudanese army and its Allied Islamist militias carry out physical eliminations of innocent civilians. The fault of its victims is that the army accuses them with its law of “STRANGE FACE”, of complicity and intelligence with the enemy and that they then deserve to die and not to become “prisoners of war”.
The military does not care about Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states that “everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.”
Even if its civilian victims are protected by the law of the presumption of innocence, the army and its Islamist militias "AL-BARA" do not give them any chance to explain themselves in court, but rather it is the law of the jungle and its sword which hovers over these unfortunate defenseless civilian victims.
Once again, the military is violating Article 11 of the same declaration which states that "any person accused of a criminal act is presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a trial." public where all the guarantees necessary for its defense will have been assured to it."
Worse still, this act of crime against humanity occurs in broad daylight and in front of the general public. It's a shame. This army that General Al Bourhane sells the name no longer has this credibility which remains that of protecting its own population.
In complicity with radical Islamists, the Islamist AL-BARA brigades committed crimes that had never occurred in the history of humanity against innocent and unarmed Sudanese citizens, accused of cooperation with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and Strange Faces.
These crimes included the Rapid Support Social Incubators in Halfaya, Al-Dindir, Al-Suki, Sinja, the villages of Sennar, Haj Abdullah, Wad Al-Haddad, Madani and Al-Kanabi, and now they are committing them in the north of Bahri and Al-Jili which the Sudanese army has just occupied. These crimes are similar to horror films. Let the whole world witness these inhumane crimes.
Knowing that Article 8 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights stipulates that "everyone has the right to an effective remedy before the competent national courts against acts violating the fundamental rights recognized to him by the constitution or by law ." This includes war crimes, which are serious violations of international humanitarian law.
It is then, in this scenario, that the Geneva Conventions on war crimes must come into force. And as evidence in collected videos, intentional killings, torture, inhumane treatment are visible and audible.
Human rights organizations must take charge of this crime case, therefore, to carry out additional investigations so that their crimes are judged by international tribunals, such as the International Criminal Court (ICC), which has the mission of prosecuting the perpetrators of war crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity.
The international community and human rights organizations must take sincere and relentless measures to bring to justice the perpetrators and/or accomplices of this wave of crimes which is taking place during the month of January 2025 against innocent civilians in cities mentioned above and also for the Eastern Nile and Darfur.
Looking for fighters to confront the RSF forces, this army of Burhan does not hesitate even if it must have radical Islamists as allies. And more! Not only radical Islamists, but international Islamist students from the International University of Africa in Khartoum are also recruited there. An institution renowned for the formation of radical Islamist ideology, it received in the years 1991 to 1996 the residence of the terrorist Bin Laden and its finances for the operation of the said university which brings together in his name all the nationalities of the world.
Sudanese companies like DAN FODIO, founded around 1981, reportedly received substantial funding from billionaire terrorist Bin Laden to provide services to the said university.
In this war which caused numerous losses of human life, war displaced people to neighboring countries, the destruction of the country's main economic installations by Sudanese army planes, the systematic executions of civilian populations in the proven facts cited above all, the African Union, the international community and human rights organizations must take seriously this issue of terrorist militias in the pay of the army to execute innocent citizens simply because its victims have a face distinguished.
This is a stereotype of veiled discrimination that gives its criminals the right to exterminate a clearly identified category of citizens of the country.
SO! the world must ACT!?
