Chad's Minister of State and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul, represents his country at the 4th edition of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum, inaugurated on April 11, 2025, by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Focused on the theme "Reclaiming Diplomacy in a Fragmented World," this prestigious event, which takes place from April 11 to 13, 2025, at the Antalya Convention Center, brings together leading figures from the political, academic, economic, and civil society worlds from around the world each year.

Opening the meeting, President Erdoğan addressed the root causes of current conflicts, such as those between Russia and Ukraine, Israel and Palestine, while calling for innovative approaches to mediation and conflict resolution. He also emphasized the need to strengthen trust in international institutions, criticizing their ineffectiveness in the face of global challenges. He called for reforms aimed at building a more equitable world for future generations.

Chadian Minister of State Dr. Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul is actively participating in this forum, notably by moderating a panel devoted to the fight against terrorism, a major issue for his country and the international community. This meeting provides Chad with an essential platform to contribute to international dialogue and assert its diplomatic presence in a context of growing global tensions.
