The Minister of Social Action, Solidarity and Humanitarian Affairs of Chad, Fatimé Boukar Kossei has been in Adré, in the province of Ouaddaï since this morning. This visit, which is part of the Joint Humanitarian Mission, aims to evaluate the projects and engage directly with refugees and host communities.
Mrs. Fatimé Boukar KOSSEI, Minister of Social Action, Solidarity and Humanitarian Affairs, met the Prefect of Adré, Mr. Dillo BORGO, to present her pleasantries at the start of a humanitarian mission in the locality.
Accompanied by representatives of her ministry and members of the United Nations System, Ms. Fatime BOUKAR KOSSEÏ detailed the objectives of her visit, which aims to assess the impact of humanitarian and development projects in the context of welcoming Sudanese refugees.
This mission, supported by the government and international partners, aims to strengthen the management of the humanitarian crisis and promote peaceful coexistence and sustainable development in the department of Assoungha, indicated the Minister.
