According to the allegations, Baldoni made inappropriate comments about Lively’s body, improvised intimate scenes not included in the script, and discussed explicit topics such as pornography during rehearsals.
The lawsuit, filed in December 2024, was followed by a counterclaim from Baldoni, who attempted to sue Lively for defamation in the amount of $400 million.
