Distinction in Chad
The Minister of Social Action, National Solidarity and Humanitarian Affairs, Mrs. Fatimé BOUKAR KOSSEÏ, receives the Humanist of the Year distinction awarded by AHASSATFor the Minister, this recognition demonstrates her commitment as an employee of the people in the service of the collective will, acting for the progress and dignity of Chadian citizens.
Indeed, it was on January 15, 2025 that the Humanitarian Association for the Improvement of the Health System in Chad (AHASSAT) awarded Mrs. Fatimé BOUKAR KOSSEÏ, Minister of Social Action, Solidarity and Humanitarian Affairs, the "Humanist of the Year" distinction in recognition of her efforts in solidarity and the management of social cases.
When presenting the certificate, the Minister stressed that she was only an employee serving the Chadian people, and dedicated this recognition to her colleagues, the ministry's partners, as well as to the media and influencers who support her department.
